Wondering is there any non-diabetic people here using CGM to monitor blood glucose level? If so how does it helps you? Any difference before/after taking NMN or other supplements?

I don’t know about getting a continuous monitor but anyone can easily get their hands on a glucose monitor for 20 bucks on amazon.

I would like to buy one that tests a bunch of bio markers
