Even after the first dose this morning of NAD+ Sublingual and 100mg of NAD+ Nasal Spray I already feel like Bradley Cooper in the movie “Limitless”....
I would think it is more to do with the Nasal Spray being administered and the instant effects

Thanks Drdavid
I do have a question.
What is the top end dosage that you have encountered people taking for:
NAD+ Sublingual ? In conjunction with
NAD+ Nasal Spray ?

I’m thinking Daily:
500 mg Sublingual Tablets NAD+
200 mg Nasal Spray NAD+
And possibly introduce 250 mg NMN into the mix at a later date...
Would this be a reasonable top end dosage protocol ?

When other forum members initially started on
NAD+ Nasal Spray did the spray create blockages
In the nose (sinuses) with initial applications ?
Feedback would be appreciated.. :?:

Make sure you get it right in there. You could be not administering correctly causing it to drip and accumulate.
I do have trouble taking nasal sprays due to broken nose. Hence my hesitation, however your "wide eyed and bushy tailed" comment almost has me ordering some already!
Current Dosages:
200mg Resveratrol
750mg NMN
1000mg L-Arginine
