Beginning of a new journey

Sublingual NAD+ Tablets and NAD+ Nasal Spray are on the way and should arrive in the next week or so.
Looking forward to transitioning to NAD + from NMN in the short term to see if there is any difference in the way I feel. More a self study than anything else....
I am still “ over the moon” with the results of taking NMN but thought it would be beneficial to draw a direct comparison.
I will definitely factor NMN back into my program after monitoring the result of taking NAD+ by itself for a period of time. :geek:

I think you will be very happy with the NAD. The results are quick and consistent. Let us know how things go. I have found that using both provides fantastic results.

No question that after 6 months of NMN supplementation; my accelerated recovery time and enhanced endurance with respect to athletic actives is a direct result of the 625mgs I take daily. I'm very interested in how NAD's benefits makes you feel. Keep us posted!

I have seen almost miraculous results with NAD IVs. It will be interesting to see your results as you move over to this new product.

Dr David
Looking forward to the benefits and monitoring of Sublingual NAD+ and the nasal spray..
We spoke months ago about NMN effects (if any) on blood pressure readings.
I have only just requested results from a 24 hour Holter Monitor Blood Pressure assessment carried out last week.
It will be interesting to compare readings pre and post NMN usage.
Happy to let you know of the results DrDavid if they benefit your research...

Always interested in seeing results in real world use. It is one thing to see something show promise in the lab but it is simply different to see results in the real world setting. I look forward to hearing about the outcome

Results of Blood Pressure (24 hour monitor) are in...
Prior to starting on NMN my readings were on the high side. I’m a type “A “person and this can have the downside of fluctuating your blood pressure on a daily basis depending on stresses in your day to day life.
Am I still a type A person? The answer is a definite YES, and probably more so with the elevated energy levels from taking NMN for the last 5.5 months. The upside of this category or personality trait is that you are a “doer” and you work towards trying to be a high achiever in most things in everyday life.
Blood Pressure results received today and averaged out over the 24 hour period by way of automatic monitor were 129/82 ..
I will take that “all day” at rising 70 years of age and on no prescription medication at all..
Seems to have made a big difference for me :D

New age, that’s great! Also looking to hear how the NAD+ sublinguals go. Can you provide us with you blood pressure results PRE NMN use?

I’d love to know those as I am monitoring mine and would like some comparisons with a fellow NMN taker.

thanks !

Would you mind giving up your age and your average blood pressure at the moment. Readings during the day as you go about your normal daily business are best. Also, are your days stressful with work etc, as this seems to have a profound effect on the readings ?
I would like to compare where we are both at...
