A study was conducted to examine the impact of Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) on muscle NAD levels in mice.

The study examined two methods of NR administration: injections and oral supplementation. The mice were divided into three groups: a control group, an oral supplementation group, and an injection group. The mice in the oral supplementation group were given NR supplements in their drinking water, while the mice in the injection group received NR injections. The researchers then measured the NAD levels in the mice's muscles after four weeks of treatment.

The results of the study showed that the NR injections increased muscle NAD levels, while oral supplementation did not have a significant effect. The findings suggest that NR injections could be a more effective way of boosting NAD levels in muscle tissue than oral supplementation.

I wonder if the oral route would work if it was delivered with Liposomes.

NR is in the NAD complete which is Liposomal.

I agree about the lipo delivery. How many injection vs. oral tests could be affected by Liposomal supplementation?

Most of us take multiple NAD boosters, so I think our muscles have increased NAD+ boosting our strength ​​​​​
