Do I need to decrease vitamin B dosage when taking NAD+ Complete?

My doctor currently has me taking a Pure Encapsulations Vitamin B complex plus which has 108mg of niacin and an additional amount of nicacinamide (called Niacitol from PE) which has 500 mg of Niacin to help lower my cholesterol. I'm interested in taking NAD+ Complete but wondering.....will that affect my niacin levels and would I need to decrease what I'm already taking?
