Hard to say, I didn't know when I ordered that it contains stevia and maltodextrin. I won't consume maltodextrin.

This is the first supplement I’ve taken that I can feel the effects of immediately. If you’ve got brain fog or just don’t feel 100% often, give NMN a shot.
Some slight energy improvement immediately, but I think it affected my recovery from rotator cuff injury. So I only take 1/2 dosage (lone capsule) 3X/week.
