How is this different from NMN powder?
Same ingredient, different route. Powder can be taken under the tongue for faster uptake, or mixed into a beverage. These capsules use liposomal technology to protect NMN as it passes through digestion, so it's released gradually instead of all at once. Some Renue customers like to use both together—powder for fast uptake, capsules for a steadier release through the day.
What does liposomal mean?
Liposomes are tiny spheres composed of the same kinds of fats that make up your cell membranes. Encapsulating NMN in liposomes helps protect it as it moves through digestion, so more of it reaches your system.
Why 500mg across two capsules?
500mg is a full daily serving, split across two capsules to keep each one easy to swallow. Our NMN Pure Powder delivers 1,000mg per serving, but the two aren’t directly comparable. Liposomal encapsulation protects the NMN through digestion, so more of what you take reaches your system.
When should I take it?
Two capsules daily, with or without food. Most people take them in the morning. With an NAD+ booster, consistency matters more than timing.
Should I take TMG with this?
Processing NAD+ precursors draws on your body’s supply of methyl groups, which are also used in other biochemical functions. TMG (trimethylglycine) is a source of methyl groups, and some people take it as part of their NAD+ support routine for that reason. Worth discussing with your healthcare provider.
Can I take this with other Renue supplements?
