What's happening?

Renue by Science has consolidated the international store at renuebyscience.com.au into the main store at renuebyscience.com. After cutover, visits to the old international store domain redirect to renuebyscience.com.

Do I need to do anything?

For normal shopping, no. You can continue ordering through renuebyscience.com, and old store links will redirect automatically.

If you have an active subscription from the old international store, you need to restart it on renuebyscience.com because saved payment authorizations cannot be transferred between Shopify stores.

Will I still see AUD prices?

If you are visiting from Australia, yes. Prices are shown based on your region, so Australian visitors should see AUD pricing on renuebyscience.com.

Will Australian orders still ship from Australia?

Yes. Shipping is determined by your delivery address, not by the old website domain. Australian deliveries continue to route through the AU warehouse where applicable.

What happens to my subscription?

Saved subscription payment authorizations cannot be transferred between separate Shopify stores. Active international store subscribers need to restart their subscription on renuebyscience.com so payment and billing are authorized on the main store.

Where possible, we will email active subscribers a direct link that preloads the matching subscription cart, along with any first-order restart discount that applies.

What if I did not receive the subscription restart email?

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used on your subscription. If you still cannot find it, contact support and include the email address used on the old store so we can check the subscription record.

Where is my order history from renuebyscience.com.au?

Historical order details from the old international store have been migrated into the main Renue by Science store so support can continue helping with previous orders. If you contact support, include the original order number or the email address used on the order.

What if I already placed an order on the old store?

Orders already placed on the old international store continue through the normal fulfillment process. You do not need to place the order again on renuebyscience.com.

I need a refund on an old order. What should I do?

Contact support at support@renuebyscience.com and include the email address and original order number if available. The AU admin remains available for a transition period so the support team can review old orders and advise on the correct refund or credit path.
